I usually wear between a 9.5-10 in my shoes. I ordered a 10 because I will wear thicker (athletic) socks and an ach support for high arches in the boots. After all that, there was a tightness on the top of my foot, but not uncomfortable. After walking on carpet throughout my house, it was not noticeable. I still had the necessary heel slippage also. These are a very stunning boot. The bling on the outside is beautiful, not gawdy at all. The leather inside is very soft, something I am not used to from my "Justin laces and ropers" days 20 years ago.
