These shoes continue to be well made, comfortable, perfect for cross fit and shorter runs, including road and trail. I’ve had 3 pair over 4 years and the original pair is still in excellent condition.I have a narrow foot and I purchased these for hiking in Arizona. I barely broke them in and they were awesome. Very comfy. Easy to tie. No blisters. Great shoe.4 stars because the extreme discrepancy in sizing.I ended up returning my size 10 womens (I typically wear 9.5 and go to 10 for things like running shoes and hiking footwear) and instead got a MENs size 10.5! The womens sizes didn’t go up high enough/have higher sizes available. But if there’s a question whether you need to size up… do. I ended up getting the womens equivalent of a size 11.5 which is kind of insane to me but now that I have them in a size that fits I love them. They run really slender, so if you have really skinny feet (I’d say my feet are very much average slenderness) maybe you don’t need to size up more than a half size. But the womens 10s for me weren’t long enough either, so either way, size up!Great fit, comfortable and light, just right for trekking/ trail running!I love la sportiva shoes and I have multiple pairs already, only one downside with all their shoes is: I have true US 8,5 and EUR 39, La sportiva’s size chart suggests me I need 7,5, but 7,5 fits me just right and I wouldn’t be able to wear any thicker socks as nylons, so I need always size 8 but their 8 is ERO 40. Their sizes are confusingI have other sportiva trail running shoes, but they're pretty worn now. I bought these as replacements, but they're incredibly narrow... more than normal/usual. I don't recommend them.I have wanted some La Sportiva trail running shoes for a while now but had been hesitant about buying online because I heard they run small. I went to the La Sportiva site to read reviews and information about sizing and sized up as recommended. I normally wear a women's size 9 with an average to medium fit. I ordered the 9/10 and they fit perfectly!I just got them, and even though it's raining, I decided to take a trail run through my woods. The terrain is definitely technical with gravel, rocks, roots, hills, wet leaves and pine needles, mud, puddles, and some wet grass. I also had my very hyper Jack Russell Terrier running with me on a lead, and she's sometimes all over the place. The shoes performed brilliantly! They're lightweight and hug my feet nicely. Though they're below my ankles, they give great support. I felt like I was gliding over the terrain. Some of the hills had wet pine needles and I could run straight down with no toe crunch or side winding my way down.I ran through some thick mud and didn't sink too bad and my feet stayed dry. The only thing that slowed me down was I got out of breath a couple times or stopped when the doggo ran out in front of me.They're so comfortable I haven't taken them off yet. I wore slightly thick Smartwool socks and my feet didn't sweat or feel cramped.I only just got them and this is my first run so if anything changes I'll share an update. 5+ stars!!These tennies fit great. I’ve bought this brand over & over. I have slightly narrow feet so they work wonderfully.Expensive shoe but never before have I had a show that fit perfectly the moment I out them on. No pain breaking them in. My runs were enjoyable.
